Great Attorney!!!
William knows the law and he is good at what he does. He is a attorney that is out for the children and also to give dads a fighting chance to be in there children’s lives. He helped me get joint legal and joint physical custody of my two children. William is very direct and to the point and he gets the job done. I would recommend him to anyone.

I will tell you that this attorney is the only attorney I have had (out of several) that actually wins family cases in front of Oakland County judges especially for the father! He specializes in family law and only really does family law. I will say that even though he is very accessible (even giving the client his cell number) and not overly expensive, he does get real busy at times and probably should hire a paralegal helper. Great attorney overall and if you are male and tired of losing, HIRE HIM. He is worth it. Believe me! PS As an active duty Soldier, I actually won custody of my son! Very rare.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Bill did a case for us about 12 years ago when my husband went for full custody of his 13 year old son. We had tried 2 different times with 2 different attornies but got no where. We hired Bill and ended up with full custody and she lost a lot of her time.
Then last year our 15 year old son came to us telling us his ex girlfriend was pregnant. First phone call was to Bill way before the baby was even born to let us know our sons rights and that he would be filing for full custody after we get the results of the DNA test that the baby is his. Sure enough the baby was my sons so we started process within weeks after birth. We gathered a lot of info for Bill about the mother and he knew just what to do with it. CPS was involved but did nothing so it was all in Bills hands. Bill told us this was his first minor that he had ever represented in a custody case but that didn't worry us because he did such a great job for us in the past. Bill went to work and looked up whatever he had to, to make sure he knew everything about minors and custody. Well it took about 9 months but the decision was finally made and Bill did it once again. Our son won FULL physical custody of his son. I highly recommend Bill if your looking for a great attorney.

I have been a client of William Reisdorf for the past 3 and a half years. I have nothing but great things to say about him. His knowledge and experience is unsurpassed, especially if you are a divorced father in a legal world where the deck is already stacked against you. He has so much experience in both Macomb and Oakland county (and probably other counties) and has been a tremendous help in my situation. With his assistance, I was able to get 50/50 physical custody of my two children (which is virtually unheard of). I was also able to get a SUBSTANTIAL reduction in my child support to reflect this. He will give it to you straight, set realistic expectations and not beat around the bush or build your hopes up with unachievable promises. His rates are very good in my opinion and for the money, there is no one better. I have recommended him to co-workers and even my own brother. If you are going through a divorce, or are seeking a change in custody / child support, I would defiantly meet with him and see what he has to say. My experience has been nothing but favorable.

After years of losing with more general type attorneys (being they practice broad spectrum), I chose to contact Mr. Reisdorf seeing he specializes in mostly in family law especially concerning father's rights (he represents females as well). He was the only attorney that openly gives out his cell phone number for emergencies. He tackled my case head on and helped me (as a male and a member of the active duty Army) win custody of my son and a moderate decrease of my child support!
